SAAMA® INT. S.L. is a Spanish company that offers training services through the website www.terapiasaama.com. These terms and conditions govern the use of our training services and the SAAMA® platform. By contracting our services, you accept these terms.

2. Services Offered

SAAMA® offers the following services:

• Events, lectures and courses (in-person, blended and online)
• Online training in the SAAMA® Method
• Access to digital teaching materials
• Technical support during the training period
• Official certification upon completion of the training
• Learning community and networking
• Information about courses, lectures and events given by SAAMA® and its collaborators
• Access to the biography, videos, podcasts, books and schools related to SAAMA® Therapy

3. Procedure for Purchasing Tickets and Registrations

To enter into contracts through the Website, you must follow this procedure:

1. Register by accepting the Legal Texts
2. Follow the online purchase procedure
3. Click through the payment procedure indicated on the Website
4. Receive enrolment confirmation by email
5. Access the training platform or the event

Important: There will be no contract until SAAMA® has expressly accepted an order by sending the Confirmation. Once the Confirmation has been issued, you will not be able to exercise your right of withdrawal, since the service consists of registration or booking for lectures, events or courses, or access to educational material that is not supplied on a physical medium.

4. Prices and Payment Methods

The prices of our products and services are expressed in euros. The price of each product or service will be that stipulated on the Website at any given time (including applicable taxes), except in the case of a manifest error.

Accepted payment methods:

• Bank transfers
• Credit cards through the payment gateway
• PayPal through the PayPal platform

Invoicing: You expressly agree to receive the invoice in electronic format at the email address you provided when registering. You may revoke this consent by sending an email to coordinacionsaama@gmail.com with the subject “Request to receive the invoice in paper format”, together with a copy of your national identity document (DNI) and the postal address where you wish to receive it.

5. Access to and Use of the Platform

Access to the training platform is subject to:

• Full payment of the enrolment fee
• Acceptance of these terms and conditions
• Responsible and ethical use of the content
• Not sharing access credentials
• Respect towards other participants
• Accurate, correct and up-to-date registration information
• Keeping your username and password confidential
• Notifying any unauthorised use of your credentials

To access certain Services, you must provide information about yourself as part of the registration process. You agree that the registration information will be accurate, correct and up to date at all times.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual and industrial property rights contained in the website www.terapiasaama.com, its graphic design and source code, as well as the trademarks and distinctive signs, texts, lectures and videos that appear on it, are owned by SAAMA® INT. S.L. or, where applicable, SAAMA® INT. S.L. holds the appropriate rights to use and exploit them.

Any reproduction, public communication, distribution, commercialisation or transformation of the content that has not been expressly authorised in writing by its owners constitutes an infringement of the intellectual and industrial property rights protected by law.

As a registered user/student, SAAMA® authorises you to access and view the content for your exclusive personal use. This licence is non-exclusive, limited to the duration of your contracting of the Service, and valid solely in the State in which the viewing is to take place.

The following is expressly prohibited:

• Reproducing, duplicating, publicly communicating, copying, selling, marketing or distributing the content
• Using the names “TERAPIA SAAMA®”, “SAAMA®” or “VETURIÁN ARANA” as a trademark
• Creating logos that include the trademarks “TERAPIA SAAMA®”, “SAAMA®” or “VETURIÁN ARANA”
• Using the content to teach courses, lectures or seminars, or to write books about the method
• Training other therapists or third parties on the basis of this content
• Downloading and storing, transmitting or transforming the content

7. Refund Policy

To request a refund: Send your request by email to coordinacionsaama@gmail.com

Regarding lectures and seminars:

• Your inability to attend a training session, lecture, seminar or equivalent activity is NOT sufficient grounds for a refund of the price paid.
• In the event of a change of date, the ticket will remain valid for the new date.
• If you cannot attend on the new date, you will be offered a refund of the price provided you have notified SAAMA® at least 15 days before the start of the event.
• You may also transfer the ticket to a third person provided you have notified SAAMA® at least 15 days before the start of the event.

Regarding In-Person Training courses:

• If the student cancels 60 days before the event, NO amount paid will be refunded.

Regarding Online Training courses:

• Once payment has been made, there will be NO refunds, since our courses have a 3-month lifespan in which to complete them.
• In any case of dropout or withdrawal requested once the course has started, you will not be entitled to any refund or credit towards other courses, and you will lose the full amount paid.

Enrolment date: The ‘enrolment date’ will be understood to be the date on which the student makes the first payment for the course in question.

8. Participant Responsibilities

The participant undertakes to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, complete and up-to-date information
• Keep their credentials confidential
• Participate actively in the training
• Respect other participants and trainers
• Not use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Pay promptly for the Service or Services contracted
• Comply with applicable laws, especially those on intellectual and industrial property
• Not engage in activities that hinder the operation of the Service
• Not use the content to train other therapists or third parties
• Have the necessary means and sufficient IT knowledge

Conduct guarantees:

• Respect for the teaching team and members of the organisation, as well as for the other participants
• Punctuality at all scheduled events and activities
• Refraining from using or cooperating in fraudulent procedures in assessment tests
• Any act or omission that disturbs order in the classroom is prohibited
• Preserving the right to privacy of participants and speakers
• Refraining from filming, recording or photographing the event from beginning to end

9. Limitation of Liability

Access to and use of the Website is at the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user or customer. You must be over 18 years of age and be qualified to act and to contract the registration or use of this Service.

SAAMA® is not responsible for:

• Third-party websites to which the Website may link
• The accuracy, truthfulness and currency of information on the Website that is not of its own creation
• Technical interruptions of the platform
• Loss of data due to technical failures
• Specific results from applying the method
• Damage arising from misuse of the platform

If you are a consumer, you may benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for a period of six months.

10. Educational Values and Diploma

SAAMA® offers a series of training courses for those interested in training in SAAMA® Therapy. Given the commitment undertaken and the guarantee of quality of the training, SAAMA® reserves the right to award a diploma linked to these courses, setting minimum requirements based on the attendance, participation, learning and practical use achieved by each student.

11. Governing Law

The relationship between you (the user) and SAAMA® shall be governed by Spanish law, within the limits permitted by mandatory provisions. In the event of a dispute, the parties, waiving their own jurisdiction – to the extent permitted by mandatory provisions – submit to the courts of the city of Girona (Spain).

12. Amendments

SAAMA® reserves the right to update its terms and conditions at any time. If we decide to change them, we will keep you informed, without prejudice to the fact that we will publish a notice on the Website together with the updated version of our new legal texts.
